Claire manages large-scale, complex projects that integrate technical, research and communications strategies to meet accelerated timelines under demanding conditions. She has experience with utility contract and risk-management issues and with meeting stringent savings and cost-effectiveness goals.
Claire has eight years of professional consulting experience for government and utility clients, working on energy efficiency program evaluation, demand-side management planning and clean energy policy analysis. She brings extensive project management and analytical skills to her work on energy efficiency research and policy projects.
Claire holds a master's degree in environmental science and management from the University of California Santa Barbara, where she specialized in environmental economics and policy. She is treasurer of the Wisconsin chapter of the Association of Energy Services Professionals.
