Peggy Reins is MEEA's Director of Membership and Development. She came to MEEA to manage the Building Operator Certification (BOC) program, helping to raise the support necessary to take the program from concept to successful implementation in a multi-state region. In addition, she developed multi-state support for the Midwest Building Solutions, MEEA's training program for new home builders.

Peggy previously worked in corporate and foundation relations at the Chicago Botanic Garden. Prior to that she served as Program Manager at Windows of Opportunity, Inc. where she developed new program initiatives and managed community partnership projects benefiting residents of Chicago's public housing.
