welcome

Length: 65 minutes

Credit: 1 (AIA | USGBC)

Cost: $49

Eric Truelove presents the business and financial case for designing and constructing energy efficient buildings. He also gives examples of buildings that use off-the-shelf proven technology, cost very little or nothing at all extra to build and can be replicated. With the uncertain future of energy costs this presentation should not be missed!

Overview

Energy efficiency is not about taking risks, but rather reducing risks. A staggering 60% of our electric energy and 30% of our total energy in the United States is used in buildings. Learning how to make our buildings more energy efficient is sound business practice and financially smart.
