Registration-related questions
Only credit card payments are accepted online. Please fill out a registration form (PDF) and send it, along with your check, made out to the Energy Center of Wisconsin, to:

Our registration system uses unique email addresses to recognize when someone has already registered for an event. If you are registering for someone else or for a group, please use the attendee's email address. If you need a copy of their confirmation email, please contact Lonna Kruse at lkruse@ecw.org.
To ensure a seat at the training, please register as early as possible. Registration will remain open until the day of training unless space is limited and we reach capacity prior to the event date.
All online transactions are conducted through PayPal. Please be sure that you enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card, your billing address exactly as it appears on your billing statement and your card number with no dashes or spaces. The three digit security code can be found printed on the back of your card for Visa or Mastercard and the four digit security code is printed on the front of American Express cards.
It will say "Energy Center of Wisconsin" on your statement.
Registration forms with sensitive information are destroyed monthly.
When an event is full information on how to sign up for the wait list will be posted on that event's home page.
Course information / policies
Please visit the details page of each training for information on credits. In order to receive credit, you must be present for the entire training; partial credit cannot be given.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. We will refund 50% of the registration fee for cancellations received within two weeks of the training. Cancellations made within three business days of the training are non-refundable. If this program is not held for any reason, the Energy Center of Wisconsin's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
If a training in cancelled due to the weather, registration fees will be 100% refunded. Registration fees are non-refundable if the event is held and the attendee cancels.
As soon as a cancellation decision is made an email will be sent to all attendees and the home page of the training website will be updated with cancellation information.
