I am enjoying the larger cubicle configuration which provides an efficient work surface along with substantial storage capacity. The additional space gives the area better lighting, a more open feel and has brought back one’s sense of individual work space. I am very pleased with my individual work space as well as the layout of the entire new building."

"While the new addition was being built we were all sitting very close. There was a lot of noise and there were many distractions from claim reps. making and taking phone calls. My new work area is quiet, spacious and comfortable. I find I'm more productive.
The building is beautiful inside and out. The amenities are amazing and our associates seem happier overall. This morning I walked around on the first floor to get familiar with the locations of the conference rooms that I hadn't checked out since our tour. I should have taken my GPS. I've worked for West Bend for 30 years and this is the first time I actually got lost at my place of employment. I wonder what I'll find when I check out the third floor. It's so exciting!"

"The move to the new Prairie Building addition sort of made me feel like I was starting a job with a new, bigger and better company, except that all the faces were familiar. The larger cubicles and work surfaces are great. There is just more space, with the wider aisles and larger cubicles you don’t feel like you are right on top of each other. We have more, and better, conference rooms and a break room with a refrigerator and ice/water station nearby. The new business center and Terrace Café are impressive and are areas you are proud to show to our agents, customers and the community."
