WHY WE DID THIS

Wind power is a rapidly growing energy source, and one that is important to Wisconsin. The Energy Center of Wisconsin's members funded the Wind Power Awareness Project to increase the public's awareness of existing and future potential wind power resources in Wisconsin, and to increase the general understanding of how wind power works and how it can play a role in their lives.
