Grants and Incentives for Solar Energy Systems Located in Wisconsin
Focus on Energy Low Interest Rate Loan
People with existing homes in the service territory of electric utilities
participating in the Focus on Energy Program can get a 1.99% APR loan. The
loans of $1000 to $20,000 will pay for PV and solar hot water heating
systems (as well as wind turbines) installed by participating
contractors. No down payment is required, and all up-front capital is
provided.
