Wisconsin Solar Equipment Property
Tax Exemption
PV systems owned by industries, businesses, individuals and all utilities
are 100% exempted from property tax payments under the Wisconsin tax code.
Qualified equipment includes any active solar device and transmission
equipment, but does not cover components that would be present as part
of a conventional energy system.
